Health, Fitness & Nutrition Expo and Kids' Health & Fitness Expo


The
Health, Nutrition & Fitness Expo will be a 2-day extravaganza at the OC Fair & Event Center.  The 2010 Expo was a huge success with record numbers of vendors and attendees and we also launched our first Kids' Health & Fitness Expo to coincide with our Kids Run the OC program.  We also hosted our first Charity Partners Heroes program, complete with an opportunity drawing for fantastic prizes in which the proceeds went directly to our participating 2010 Charity Partners. We plan to continue to build upon the success of the event in 2011.

Applications for the 2011 Health, Nutrition & Fitness Expo will be available in the fall of 2010. Please check back here or email expo@ocmarathon.com to be placed on an email distribution list to receive a copy of the packet as soon as it is available.

All participants must attend the Expo to pick up their race packet, race bibs, B-tag timing chips, technical or t-shirts, and goodie bags.  Visit our Registration Information page for complete details on packet pick up and other participant requirements and entry rules.

    Saturday – 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    The Expo is free to attend, but there are parking fees for the Expo and for Race Day. There is a charge of $8.00 for Preferred Parking or $5.00 for General Parking on Friday and Saturday. Pre-paid race day parking can be purchased for $5.00 at the Health, Fitness & Nutrition Expo.

Participant Registration/Packet Pick Up


Please note:
Each participant must attend the Health, Fitness & Nutrition Expo on Friday, April 29, 2011 between 12 p.m. and 7:00 p.m or Saturday April 30, 2011 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and show their identification to pick up their own race bib, B-tag timing chip, technical shirt or t-shirt, and goodie bag.   You also must sign a hard copy of the release waiver at this time.

NEW FOR 2011:
 If you absolutely cannot make it to the Expo on Friday or Saturday, we can make special arrangements to mail your bib number and timing tag to you approximately one week before the race. This option is ONLY available during the online registration process and CANNOT be changed once you have selected this option or chosen NOT to select it. The fee for this service is a non-refundable $25 and can be added to your cart during your registration purchase. The delivery is only for the bib and timing tag, you will pick-up your shirt and any other items on race day.

Registered participants will receive their bib numbers via email on Thursday, April 28, 2011 (and not sooner, please do not email us regarding your bib number as they go out while we are already on site and we will be unable to answer your inquiry). If a participant does not have a bib number or does not receive the email, no problem!  Participants can look up  names on the alpha lists (provided by Race Central) as you enter the Expo Building. Once a participant has a bib number, you will proceed to the corresponding registration table where you will need to provide a valid photo ID and sign the release waiver.
