For schools interested in becoming involved in the 2010 Kids Run the OC Training program, Informational Meetings will be held on the evenings of Tuesday, October 27, 2009, and Monday, November 30, 2009. Times and locations will be posted as soon as meeting space is confirmed.
Curriculum trainings for the Kids Run the OC will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2009, and Saturday, January 9, 2010 from 10am to 12noon at the Orange County Department of Education in Costa Mesa. Informational meetings will be immediately prior to the trainings from 9am-10am for anyone that can't attend the ones in October and November.
New schools only need to attend one informational meeting and one training. We hope all returning schools will attend one training in order to serve as mentors/resource for our new schools.
All information will be posted on our Kids Run the OC page at www.ocmarathon.com and posted in this forum as soon as it is available.
